As specialists of digital printing in London, we continually invest in new machinery (much like the litho printing side of our business) to ensure that we can offer our customers top quality prints. Digital printing is the process of transferring electronic files to a printing substrate by means of a device that accepts text and graphic output. The page image is re-drawn for each print by a digital printer rather than relying on a press plate to carry the image, meaning that a digital print does not need any setup sheets and each sheet can contain a different image. Digital printing can be less time-consuming and less expensive for producing short runs and doing small print-on-demand tasks.
Digital printing involves the reproduction of digital images onto a physical surface. A variety of technologies are used during this process, with inkjet printers and dry toner being the most frequently used.
We operate all Xerox equipment for our digital prints and can accommodate up to a size of SRA3 (450mm x 320mm) on these machines. If you are looking for small runs this will generally be the best option for you but these are also great for producing company presentations and because of our structure and location we can always offer a fast turnaround at competitive prices. It doesn’t matter if you want colour or black and white, we can take care of this for you.
